Refunds

Your subscription order will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive the activation code in the payment email provided. The order can be cancelled only if the activation code is not used.

Once we confirm that the code is not used, we will provide a refund.

Once the code is activated, we will not refund. Please get the trial code first.

Box Problem

If your box is broken, we will replace the number shifting service. Due to the time zone difference, we will delay a few hours to reply to your email.
